“I am equally excited to bring on the services of young gun rider James Rispoli. I have seen James excel over the years and when I started looking around to see who would be good for the job his name kept rising to the top of my list.
“The goal of my program has always been to expose American talent to an International audience and I am sure James is going do us all proud and really enjoy the ride.”
When asked about it all Rispoli could say was, “Unbelievable”.
“Honestly, this could be a once in a life time opportunity so I look forward to doing everything I can to absorb everything I can learn and become an even better rider from this experience.
“I am excited and so very thankful to Geoff Maloney for considering me for this ride. I am grateful to my team, National Guard/Celtic Racing for allowing me to take this one-off ride and I can’t thank my personal sponsor Monster Energy enough for all their support and coordination to help make this happen.
“I’m training hard, reviewing video from past Indy races and can’t wait to get on with the first test,” said Rispoli.
