Go&Fun 2013 Gresini unveiled
Team Gresini have to released the first pictures of their new Go&Fun liveried machines ahead of the official team presentation in Milan this evening.
Go&Fun will be replacing San Carlo as sponsors for the Gresini MotoGP and Moto3 teams (who are now sponsoring Team Italia bikes in Moto3) for the 2013 season, and today we have seen a green and white livery that will be on show on the RC213V of Alvaro Bautista’s Honda and Bryan Staring’s FTR Honda CRT this season.
Team owner Fausto Gresini has said, “what a fantastic day! We have some ambitious projects lined up for the present and future and we are taking them on with a positive approach that we are sure can reap positive rewards.”
“It has been a brilliant day,” said Alvaro Bautista.
“It is really nice to be back with Team Gresini for a second season. The new Team GO&FUN Honda Gresini colours are suitably vibrant and we made some great progress with the machine itself in the recent tests in Malaysia.
“Now we will look to confirm that progress in the next session at Jerez and make sure we’re ready for the first race in Qatar.”
Bryan Staring said, “everything is new for me: a new bike, new team, new colours… it’s a fantastic feeling. It was great to be up on stage next to a true champion like Álvaro and two great young kids in Niccolò and Lorenzo.”
The Go&Fun Gresini MotoGP boys will next be on track 23rd March in Jerez for the final pre season test, while the Moto3 duo will show off their bikes in action in just under a week, again at Jerez.
