Stoner’s new house
When Casey Stoner retired from MotoGP we had the famed ‘gone fishing’ leathers and pit board, and we were expecting Casey to drift off into the outback, and be lost for days without any contact as he lay with a fishing rod. But it doesn’t look like that’ll be happening yet.
Stoner has just spent $4.25 million for a Sanctuary Cove house. The house is a glamorous two-level mansion on the lifestyle resort’s third harbour on the Gold Coast.
The house is built-in waterways cross the lower level of the house, separating the living areas, and there is a moat-like entrance into the house.
It has a underground garage capable of hosting 10 cars, five bedrooms – each with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobes. An office, three large living areas, gymnasium, home theatre, and two outdoor undercover entertaining areas, and a gorgeous swimming pool.
The Gold coast is also a hugely popular round for the V8 supercars, and where his hero Mich Doohan also resides.
