Remembering Shoya

Shoya Tomizawa would’ve been 22 today, tragically he never made it to 20 as his life was cut short during a horror crash in the 2010 San Marinese Moto2 race.

Winner of the first ever Moto2 race in Losail Qatar, Shoya was set for big things but unfortunately isn’t still with us.

Not as big a star in the motorcycle world, nor as recent as Marco Simoncelli we mustn’t forget the young Japanese star.

Much like Marco, Shoya was a happy go luck boy, somebody who bought a smile to the faces of who ever he met and spoke to.

It was a tragedy, but we mustn’t and shall not ever forget.
